We are offering our PlayFit program in a self-guided format. This offer also includes a introduction zoom call to learn more about your dog and your goals so that you can get the most from the online course.

• Free introductory Zoom private to learn more about your dog and your goals. Discuss any special conditions. Obtain guidance on how to get the most from the course.
• Complete canine fitness step by step guide with over 60 exercises.
• Downloadable PDF's.
• Flash Cards Describing Muscles Used For Each Strengthening, Flexibility and Balance Exercise.
• Complete puppy module on safe and effective skills suitable for puppies 8 weeks to 6 months. 
• Guidance on how to start canine fitness with foundation exercises and how to progress to more challenge. 
• Complete workout examples.
• Additional guidance can be scheduled with private zoom calls should you choose. Private zoom calls are $60 an hour. 

Please ensure your dog is healthy and sound to begin a fitness program. This program is intended for conditioning and not for dogs in rehabilitation or that have an injury.  If you have any questions on whether your dog can participate, please check with your veterinarian.
